1.    Agreement to Terms

  • This Return Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you, your), and V2M Web Solutions Pty Ltd, located at:

or WeeComms online eCommerce facility (we, us, our), concerning your return of goods purchased from WeeComms Online store at http://v2msolutions.com website as well as any related applications (our Website, website, site, the Site, ).

2.      RETURNS

  1. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date, or in the case where the product is in transit or has been delivered from the date of receipt by you.
  2. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, accompanied by the original order, copy of the WeeComms invoice, proof of payment and the RMA request form or valid RMA number.
  3. If returning a product that was accessed through this website to an affiliate, associate or any other link provided as a service from this website, returns must be negotiated with the supplier from whom you bought the product ie Amazon. Please refer to the respective supplier’s website for their return policy. In such cases V2M Web Solutions will not be responsible or facilitate or be held liable in any way whatsoever from any claim which may arise from any such return.

3.      RETURN PROCESS

  1. To return an item, please email customer service at V2M Accounts to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, alternatively log into your account and fill in the RMA form.
  2. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send us your return.

4.      REFUNDS

  1. After we have received your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, exchange or refund.
  2. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or refund. We will notify you by email when your RMA request has been processed.
  3. All decisions on what will happen with your RMA request will be at the sole discretion of WeeComms and the Third-Party Vendor. All decisions are final and will fall within CPA of South Africa conditions of sale.
  4. No refunds will be processed for mistaken overpayments or return of goods if your payments are not completely cleared at V2m Web Solutions (Pty) Ltd operating bank account. Only when funds are completely cleared will funds be reimbursed.

5.      EXCEPTIONS    

  1. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service, or complete the RMA form after login into your account, to arrange a refund or exchange RMS Number.
  2. Under no circumstance will refunds be actioned until all funds paid into WeeComms account are cleared by the out bank.

Please Note

  1.   A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of R 5,000.00.
  2. A handling fee not exceeding 15% may be levied and deducted from the refund amount.
